Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the riu4d platform:

To register and maintain an active account on the riu4d platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. riu4d enforces a strict minimum age of 21 consistent with responsible gaming standards applied internationally. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Residency: You must be an individual residing in Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or otherwise lacking contractual capacity are not eligible to register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the riu4d platform or any affiliated platform. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended riu4d account under any name, email address, device, or payment method. Each natural person is entitled to one account only.

riu4d expressly reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing account where it has reasonable grounds to believe one or more of the above eligibility criteria are not met, without advance notice and without liability to the Player.

Registration on the riu4d platform requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete personal information. You represent and warrant that all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Upon registration you will be required to select a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. riu4d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, whether or not you were aware of it.

You agree to:

• Notify riu4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting support at [email protected];
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Keep your registered email address current and accessible, as it is the primary channel through which riu4d will contact you regarding account status, security alerts, and regulatory requests;
• Not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.

riu4d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, available from your account security settings. While 2FA is optional, it provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on the riu4d platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to your Account Balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of the incoming transaction, which is normally within 5 minutes during banking hours.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the riu4d account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• riu4d does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Platform's control and are borne by the Player.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing, at the Platform's discretion (see Clause 8).

Chargebacks and Reversals: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider without first exhausting the riu4d dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms. Any Account Balance, Bonus Funds, or pending winnings associated with a chargeback will be immediately forfeited, and the account will be suspended pending investigation.

riu4d offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, and the start of BRI Liga 1 seasons. The specific terms of each promotion — including the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts — are published on the promotion detail page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on the riu4d platform unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who meet the stated qualification criteria. New account bonuses are available to first-time registrants only.
• Each eligible Player may claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring or repeating offer.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from the Account Balance and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them are eligible for withdrawal.
• Where a Player holds both real-money funds and Bonus Funds, real-money funds are used for wagers first, unless the Player is specifically playing a game designated as bonus-eligible.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process that follows completion of the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• riu4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that the Player is exploiting a promotion in bad faith.

Players who believe a bonus has been incorrectly applied or withheld should contact support at [email protected] with their account username and a description of the issue. riu4d will review and respond within 48 hours.

All bets and wagers placed on the riu4d platform are subject to the specific game rules or sports betting rules applicable to the relevant product. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing real-money wagers. Demo modes are available for slots and select RNG table games.

Sports Betting: All sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event, as determined by the applicable governing body (e.g., FIFA, PSSI for Indonesian football, BWF for badminton). In-play bets accepted after an event has materially changed (e.g., a goal has been scored) but before the Platform's odds feed has updated may be voided at riu4d's discretion.

Live Casino: Live table game results determined by the live dealer are final. Technical disconnections on the Player's side during a live hand do not constitute grounds for bet cancellation. If a live table experiences a verifiable technical failure on the Platform's side, all bets placed during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned.

Slots and RNG Games: All slots and RNG-based table games on the Platform use certified random number generators. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

Manifest Errors: In the event of a manifest pricing error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, game payouts, or bonus amounts — riu4d reserves the right to void any affected bets or transactions and restore the Player's Account Balance to its pre-error state. riu4d will not be liable for any losses arising from the Player's reliance on a manifestly incorrect price or payout display.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the riu4d platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the acts listed below will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable law requires:

• Registering more than one account under the same or different personal details;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human users;
• Exploiting technical glitches, software bugs, or manifest pricing errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players at live casino tables or in any multiplayer game context to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward riu4d staff or other Players via live chat or any other communication channel;
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or account restriction placed on your account or any other account.

riu4d may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: prior to the first withdrawal; when cumulative withdrawals exceed a defined threshold; when a Player updates their registered payment method; or where the Platform's risk systems flag a transaction for review.

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Proof of Identity: Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM) — government-issued, valid, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months, showing the Player's full name and registered address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account or e-wallet showing the account holder's name matching the riu4d account registration.

KYC documents must be submitted via the account verification section of the platform or by emailing [email protected]. riu4d will process submitted documents within 2 business days. Withdrawal requests will be held pending KYC completion but will not be cancelled solely due to an ongoing verification review, provided the Player is actively cooperating with the process.

Players who fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 30 days of a formal request may have their account suspended and their Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) held in escrow pending satisfactory verification or a legally mandated disposition.

riu4d collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

riu4d will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with:

• Payment processing partners (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet providers) for the sole purpose of completing transactions;
• Identity verification service providers for KYC compliance;
• Game software providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play) to the extent necessary to operate the games within your session;
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

All data transmitted between your device and the riu4d platform is encrypted using 256-bit TLS. Stored passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never accessible in plain text to any riu4d staff member. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, riu4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Player's account, or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player during the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

riu4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Player's use of — or inability to access — the Platform;
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, internet service provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions;
• Any loss arising from the Player's failure to secure their account credentials or any unauthorized access resulting from the Player's own negligence;
• Decisions made by the Player based on information displayed on the Platform that contains a manifest error, where that error was reasonably identifiable as such;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in this clause limits riu4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

Voluntary Closure: A Player may request permanent closure of their riu4d account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Account Balance (net of outstanding wagers and subject to completed KYC) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon account closure.

Platform-Initiated Suspension: riu4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Platform has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• A regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction instructs the Platform to do so;
• The Player's activity is consistent with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal conduct.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be held in escrow. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released and the account reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) may do so at any time from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion closures take effect immediately. Real-money balances will be returned; Bonus Funds will be forfeited. See the Responsible Gaming page for full details of the self-exclusion process.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which riu4d is incorporated as an internationally licensed online gaming operator.

Where a Player is a resident of Indonesia, the Player acknowledges that they are accessing the Platform voluntarily and at their own risk, and that it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the Platform complies with any applicable local regulations. riu4d makes no representation that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and expressly disclaims liability for any Player accessing the Platform in violation of their local laws.

The parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through riu4d's internal complaints process (see Clause 14) before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

riu4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the riu4d platform after an amendment has taken effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you should close your account before the amendment's effective date, as described in Clause 11.
